• 5 rooms have 2 double beds each

• 5 rooms have 1 queen bed each.

• All are equipped with a coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, local TV and WiFi.

5 Cabins with views of the Dolores River

• 2 Night Minimum on Cabins

• Each cabin is equipped with a kitchen that features a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and come stocked with dishes and cookware.

• Every cabin is equipped with local TV and WiFi too.

• Cabin A is a Studio, with 1 Queen bed and 1 futon. Sleeps 2ppl.

• Cabin B has 1 Queen bedroom + 2 twin beds and a futon. Sleeps 4-5ppl.

• Cabin C has 1 Queen bedroom + a futon. Sleeps 2 people.

• The last 2 are Riverside Cabins, and each has 1 Queen bedroom and 4 twin beds in an upstairs loft. Sleeps 4-5ppl.

2 pets allowed for an additional pet fee of $50/stay
(certain breeds not allowed, please contact us to inquire before bringing your pet)

Reservations and Cancellations

• Payment in full is charged at time of reservation.

• RV Sites: $25 non-refundable cancellation fee. The remainder is refunded if reservation is cancelled 96 or more hours prior to arrival. Please inquire on RV reservations for 30+ day stays.

• Motel Rooms: $25 non-refundable cancellation fee. 7 day cancellation.

• Cabins: $25 non-refundable cancellation fee. 30 day cancellation.
